TERMS & CONDITIONS

Please read these Terms and Conditions (Terms, Terms, and Conditions) carefully before using any of Squat Revolution Co., Ltd’s equipment or services (the Service) operated by Squat Revolution Co., Ltd (us, we, or our).

Your use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all clients who use the Service.

By using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not use the Service.

 

AVAILABILITY, ERRORS AND INACCURACIES

We are constantly updating our offerings of products and services on the Service. The products or services available on our Service may be mispriced, described inaccurately, or unavailable, and we may experience delays in updating information on the Service and in our advertising on other websites.

We cannot and do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any information, including prices, product images, specifications, availability, and services. We reserve the right to change or update information and to correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions at any time without prior notice.

 

PURCHASES

If you wish to purchase any service made available through the Service (Purchase), you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase including, without limitation, your credit/debit card number, and the expiration date of your credit/debit card.

You represent and warrant that: (i) you have the legal right to use any credit/debit card(s) or other payment method(s) in connection with any Purchase; and that (ii) the information you supply to us is true, correct, and complete.

By submitting such information, you grant us the right to provide the information to third parties for purposes of facilitating the completion of Purchases.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your service if fraud or an unauthorized or illegal transaction is suspected.

Your purchase needs to have been completed before you start using the Service.

 

TERMINATION

We may terminate or suspend your membership immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

You have the right to terminate your membership by simply discontinuing the use of the Service as long as you have not signed up for any commitment packages. If you have signed up for one of our 12-month commitment packages, termination is only allowed within the first 30 days of your membership. After that, termination is no longer possible until the entire membership duration has been completed and paid for in full. For all other commitment packages, in-person and online, the termination fee will equal 2 months of payments.

No refunds will be issued.

 

MONTHLY PACKAGES – Personal Training & Yoga:

All sessions purchased through the Services must be completed within 6 weeks of the purchase date. Unused sessions will expire without a refund.

It may be possible, in some cases, when your absences are scheduled to last longer than two weeks, to temporarily transfer your membership to a PT-Online package or temporarily pause your membership while away. This could for example be while on holiday or a longer business trip. No additional suspension or pauses of your monthly package will be possible.

Upon the completion and full payment of your initial 6-month period, the membership will automatically renew on a month-to-month basis until terminated by either you or your trainer.

“”” As a member, you may in some cases have access to our fitness and nutrition apps, where personalized stretching and fitness programs can be added to your activity calendar. These programs aim to help you establish a better routine and increase your chances of achieving your goal. When you are away for holidays or business trips, your coach will in most cases recommend you to follow specific workout plans through the fitness app.

 

TRAINING SESSIONS – PT-Online

All in-person and virtual training sessions purchased as an add-on through the Service need to be completed no later than 5 weeks after the purchase date. Any unused training sessions that you may have left will, in such cases, expire without a refund.

 

CANCELATIONS

If you need to cancel or reschedule your session, you must do so by 6:00 PM the day before the session. You are responsible for ensuring that your trainer is informed on time. Any cancelation after 6:00 PM will result in forfeiting the session with no option for rescheduling.

 

LATE ARRIVALS

You must arrive or sign on to your scheduled session no later than 15 minutes after its start time. If you are later than 15 minutes, the session will be forfeited and cannot be rescheduled under any circumstances.

 

PT-ONLINE

If you purchase one of our PT-Online memberships, you are committed to making timely monthly payments for the entire duration of the membership. Once the initial 30 days have passed, you cannot cancel a commitment-based membership until the full length of the membership has been completed and paid for. All PT-Online memberships will be automatically renewed on a monthly or yearly basis. You are responsible for informing your assigned coach one week before the renewal if you do not wish to continue. For the 12-month commitment package, a renewal reminder may be sent 6-4 weeks before the renewal, but it is still your responsibility to inform the coach one week before the renewal is scheduled to take effect, at the latest.

 

MENTAL HEALTH COUNSELING

By purchasing our 6 month commitment package, you agree to fulfill all monthly payments for the entire duration of the membership, as specified at the time of purchase. If you choose to terminate your membership before completing the full 6-month period, a termination fee equivalent to 2 months of payments will be applied. Upon the completion and full payment of your initial 6-month period, the membership will automatically renew on a month-to-month basis until terminated by either you or your mental health consultant. Unused sessions will expire without a refund.

 

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The Service and its original content (excluding Content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Squat Revolution Co., Ltd and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the Kingdom of Thailand and foreign countries. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Squat Revolution Co., Ltd.

 

LINKS TO OTHER WEBSITES

Our Service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Squat Revolution Co., Ltd.

Squat Revolution Co., Ltd has no control over and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that Squat Revolution Co., Ltd shall not be responsible or liable, directly, or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with the use of or reliance on any such content or services available on or through any such web sites or services.

We strongly advise you to read the terms and conditions and privacy policies of any third-party websites or services that you visit.

 

MEDICAL INFORMATION

An important component of our fitness plans is lifting heavy weights (barbells and dumbbells etc.). This activity is an inherent risk, and especially so if done with poor form. You may experience muscle tears, pulls, sprains, dislocations, or other undesirable health consequences. You are using Squat Revolution Co., Ltd’s fitness plans, equipment, facilities, and all provided services at your sole risk, and Squat Revolution Co., Ltd, nor its directors, employees, partners, suppliers, or affiliates, will be liable for any injuries that may or may not occur while performing any of the exercises given by the coaches of our company. You should not rely on any information made available through our services as a substitute for, nor does it replace, professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. If you experience any type of pain or medical difficulties you must consult your doctor before beginning any of our fitness plans, with no exceptions.

 

DISCLAIMER

Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an AS-AVAILABLE basis. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or course of performance.

Squat Revolution Co., Ltd, its subsidiaries, affiliates, and its licensors do not warrant that a) the Service available online will function uninterrupted, secure, or available at any particular time or location; b) any errors or defects will be corrected; c) the Service available online is free of viruses or other harmful components; or d) the results of using the Service will meet your requirements.

 

CHANGES

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days’ notice before any new terms take effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Service.

 

ACCEPTANCE OF THIS AGREEMENT

This agreement is subject to the laws of The Kingdom of Thailand. By continuing to use our services you will by default acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions of this agreement.
